About the Role:
Crown Insurance Agency Inc is looking for a motivated and personable Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice our clients rely on — helping them navigate their coverage, answer questions, and feel confident in their insurance decisions. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients regarding insurance policies and coverage questions
- Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with professionalism and a customer-first attitude
- Assist clients with claims intake and guide them through the claims process
- Maintain and update client records in agency management systems
- Support producers and agents with quotes, applications, and policy documentation
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional coverage to meet client needs
Requirements:
- Active California Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain
- 1+ years of experience in insurance customer service or a related field
- Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with agency management software (Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar) a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus in the Los Angeles market

Compensation: $18.50 - $23.00 per hour
